Terms & Conditions
1st Call Taxis is a Private Hire Firm ( hereinafter referred as ' the Company').
The Company will undertake to hire passenger vehicle(s) to the Client (the person or other legal entity booking the required service) for the specified journey(s) or period of hire, with the following privacy undertaking:
1) 1st Call Taxis is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.
We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to the Customer what personal information we collect and how we may use it.
2) When you make your booking, The Company needs to know the full details eg: name, address, contact number, pick up and drop off point and method of payment.
3) Any personal information of the Client is kept Confidential and is not used for any other purpose or shared.
4) Smoking in the Taxi is prohibited as it is against the law in the UK.
5) The consumption of Alcohol is prohibited in the Taxi.
6) If the Client vomits in the Taxi causing damage to the interior/exterior of the vehicle. The client will be charged accordingly and payment should be made immediately.
7) The Company does not accept liabilities for any delays caused by rerouted journeys beyond our control eg) those caused by accidents, diversions or the weather.
8) The Company are not responsible for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the Taxi, however the loss or damage is caused.
9) The Company have a 'Zero Tolerance Policy' and reserve the right to refuse any passenger(s) if their behaviour is incompatible with the safety of the Driver.
10) Without prior notice the Company reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions whenever it deems it is necessary.
